2. Order Processing & Dispatch
Every order placed on ClickMandi undergoes rigorous quality inspection and multi-layer protective packaging before handover to our courier network:
- Order Confirmation: Orders are validated instantly upon successful placement (via Razorpay online payment or verified Cash on Delivery).
- Dispatch Timeframe: Most orders are packaged and handed over to logistics partners within 12 to 24 business hours of confirmation.
- Operating Days: Dispatches operate Monday through Saturday. Orders confirmed on Sundays or National Holidays are dispatched on the immediate next business day.

5. Real-Time Order Tracking
As soon as your package is scanned by the logistics courier, you will receive an automatic tracking notification containing:
- Your unique Airway Bill (AWB) Tracking Number
- Courier Partner Name and live tracking URL
- Estimated Date of Delivery (EDD)
You can also check your live order status at any time by visiting our dedicated Track Order Page and entering your Order ID (e.g., CMD-680429) and registered phone number.
6. Delivery Attempts & Safe Handover
Our delivery associates will attempt delivery up to three (3) consecutive times before the shipment is marked for Return to Origin (RTO).
- Please ensure your contact number is reachable and someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the parcel.
- For high-value packages and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a secure 4-digit Delivery OTP may be sent to your mobile number to ensure safe handover.
7. Damaged, Defective or Tampered Packages
If the outer box or ClickMandi branded security tape appears tampered, cut, or damaged at the time of delivery:
Important Instruction: Please do NOT accept a damaged or opened parcel. Take a clear photograph or video of the parcel and report it to our customer care team within 48 hours at support@clickmandi.com. We will arrange an immediate priority replacement at zero additional charge.
