1. Introduction & Legal Framework

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules thereunder as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

The domain https://clickmandi.com (the "Platform") is owned and operated by ClickMandi Retail Private Limited ("ClickMandi", "we", "us", or "our"), an enterprise incorporated under the Companies Act of India.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

Use of the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act (including un-discharged insolvents etc.) are not eligible to use the Platform. If you are a minor (under the age of 18 years), you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile number, OTP, and login credentials.
• ClickMandi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide fraudulent or misleading contact information.

3. Product Catalog, Availability & Pricing

ClickMandi strives to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, imagery, stock levels, and prices displayed on the platform are accurate:

• Prices: All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted otherwise.
• Typographical Errors: In the rare event that an item is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, ClickMandi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item prior to dispatch, with a 100% full refund issued immediately.
• Availability: Products are subject to stock availability. In the event an ordered product goes out of stock prior to packaging, our support team will inform you promptly and issue an immediate refund.

4. Payment Methods & Gateway Security

ClickMandi provides multiple bank-grade secure payment methods:

• Razorpay Payment Gateway: Online transactions are handled through Razorpay, a RBI-licensed, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. Supported channels include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Amex), Net Banking, and Wallets.
• 256-Bit SSL Encryption: All sensitive financial data is directly encrypted by the payment gateway and banking servers. ClickMandi does NOT store or view your card numbers, CVV, or banking passwords.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): For customer convenience, COD is available for eligible PIN codes. Customers agree to provide exact cash or make a UPI scan payment at doorstep upon parcel arrival.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Title Risk

All shipments are governed by our dedicated Shipping & Delivery Policy:

• Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you pass to you upon delivery by the carrier partner.
• Orders over ₹499 enjoy FREE Shipping. Standard orders below ₹499 carry a flat ₹49 handling fee.
• Customers agree to inspect outer parcel condition and decline tampered packages.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

All product returns, replacements, and monetary refunds are strictly governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to report eligible issues (transit damage, defects, incorrect item, or missing parts) for an instant replacement or full refund.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The platform design, logos, graphics, icons, software scripts, and brand tagline "CLICK • SHOP • SMILE" are the intellectual property of ClickMandi Retail Private Limited. Unauthorized duplication, reverse-engineering, crawling, scraping, or commercial reuse of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

In no event shall ClickMandi, its directors, officers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform. The total aggregate liability of ClickMandi for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.

ClickMandi shall not be held liable for failure or delay in fulfilling shipments caused by Force Majeure events, including acts of God, strikes, natural floods, governmental lockdowns, transport disruptions, or major telecom outages.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these terms or transactions on ClickMandi shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
